We have lived at Joshua Tree Apts for two years. The management staff has always been friendly and helpful. When we need maintenance, it is done within 24 hours. The grounds are well kept and well lighted at night. The neighbors are quiet and we hardly know they are there. There is a sense of community among many of the tenants here. The only drawbacks are people who don't clean up their messes and people who vandalize, especially breaking the outside lights. It is unfortunate this complex is going condo. We would stay here for a LONG time.
