Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Management here is terrible. The business office was done for weeks (six at least) and I basically gave up on checking on it after weekly stops to see if they had reopened it. The management was just unresponsive to issues. The place is very old. Poor pipes, very outdated appliances, poor insulation. They raised my rent $130 coming off a 12 month lease. $775 is ridiculous for this place!
