New management Co. VERY VERY BAD. IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER. THEY REFUSE TO DO ANY REPAIRS. THEY MISLEAD YOU> THEY PLAY DUMB> Signing a lease with this management is a nightmare . If you break the lease IT WILL COST YOU $2,000 . THERE IS CRIME IN THIS COMPLEX AND LIES AND LIES. Lots of dog crop all over the grounds. These people will get you in trouble if you complain. Walls are thin you can hear neighbors taking showers, apt is hot, A/C will have to run too hard to cool and your bill will be high. NOT well built. Too expensive for what they give you. Cabinets are cheap and peeling, toilets are too slow.Very old appliances.IT'S A DUMP! Cars get busted. Not SAFE. MAIL BOXES ARE BUSTED. If you need any repairs you need to take them to court, don't even ask them. LOTS OF VACANT APARTMENTS. Really bad. Stay away!
