OK here's the list...
1. Dog s*@# is everywhere.
2. Ceilings and Walls are like paper. (I actually hear my upstairs neighbor pee in the morning - you should here the foot steps - sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in)
3. Appliances are from 1986 (horrible and fire hazards to say the least)
4. Call the office and the recording mentions other locations - not "hello this is Joshua Tree"'' (they are inexperienced and the maintenance staff does not know English)
5. Drug OD's, Underage Parties, Suicides, Police Visits and More 20 somethings than a frat house'''
6. For a Complex located in one of the Valleys most prestigeous zipcodes this place is a down right dump.
7. Landscape is horrible in the back 50% of the complex. (dead trees, standing water, dead grass, rocks from 1986 - Yuck)

I am a tenant and suffering in this apt complex. I have written twice to these idiots in the office but they don't take me seriously. Any tenant that has complains let's get together and do something. Does anybody want to move without penalty? Send me an email usave@msn.com. Thank you.
