I have never in my life lived in an apartment complex so poorly managed or maintained. The staff is just plain rude. They seem bothered when you ask for help or report a problem. When I dropped off my move-in checklist with 30 written problems with my apartment the rental clerk states: "you have been busy" No apologies and no commitment that it will be handled right away. Here is an example of the kind of issues I am talking about there is duct tape holding the refrigerator door handle on. The appliances are vintage 1980's and show the wear and tear. The Business office closed due to the computers broken. No one has ever seen the pools cleaned professional or otherwise. A week ago I saw a pig running through the complex. I am not joking, an actual pig. This complex is located near a culinary school and Taliesin college so picture a frat house with college students running in and out all hours with loud music and parties. No one cares or manages the place. This place is AWFUL!!

I will have to agree on this comment. We also live here and we can't wait for our lease to be up. This place was nice when it was managed by the prior management company, and now it's so trashy. This is SCOTTSDALE for Christ's sake! What happened to the class?? It's such a ghetto now, they let anyone move in. We really can't wait until our lease is up!
