Horrible place to live! Going down the toilet. Trashy!

I will have to agree on this comment. We also live here and we can't wait for our lease to be up. This place was nice when it was managed by the prior management company, and now it's so trashy. This is SCOTTSDALE for Christ's sake! What happened to the class'' It's such a ghetto now, they let anyone move in. We really can't wait until our lease is up!
