I have lived in a few apartments over the years and Broadstone Ancala is one of the better places I have lived. Management is providing good customer service and prompt repairs for maintenace calls. It is an older complex with newly renovated aprtments and a nice clean look. Parking is not bad and it is a pet freindly place. While out walking my pet on the weekends and weekdays I have not seen anything out of the ordinary, in fact it is quite ordinary and the neighbors are freindly too. I hear there is a new management company, it looks as if they made changes in the right direction. The truth about about the doggie doo, is that some pet owners are a little lazy about picking it up, truthfully all pet freindly places I have lived are faced with this dilema, yet management has it cleaned up regularly despite some tenants lack of pride for thier's and other's surrondings. Part of the draw for living in this location is the low crime rate and and if you look up crime reports off of www.AZcentral.com you will find that this zip code has very few reports of crime as compared to other zip codes. From my perspective for a low crime rate area, pet freindly management, good customer service, and overall positive experience
