Do not rent here. The apts are dirty. When I moved in my kitchen cabinets were broker and never repaired. I found numerous fake finger nails I'm assuming were from the previous tenant. The sidewalk lights were off most of the time. When I moved in I had to walk around the premesis to even find my apt because no one from the office could take the time to help me. I couldn't find my parking spot because they were repainting the numbers on the overheads. When I called the leasing office I was told they numbers would be painted on the overhead by the end of the week and I should just wait. The air conditioning in the bedroom and the clothes dryer never worked (even though I reported it numorous times). The employees at the leasing office are not knowledgable about anything, unfriendly and unwilling to help when you have questions. My packages were always delayed because the leasing agents couldn't find them. The gym was supposed to be done when I moved in. It wasn't done for the first 4 months I lived there. Do not rent here. There has to be better apts for this price.
