I lived here for over 6 years ====== First in a one bedroom unit then moved into a two after the renovation. ==== I liked the area etc. But the Renovation HA HA What a joke!! ==== It looked real nice on the surface but you noticed the poor workmanship after living there awhile. === The maint crew is very nice but it seems to take multiple calls to the front office before you even see them === I don't think they were told in a timly manner === We did a lot of the minor repairs ourself rather than hasle with the front office. ==== We paid OVER $1000 for our apt and it upsets me that they offer the same apt for so much less to new tenants. ==== The office staff is friendly enough but there is an underlying deceptive attitude there ===== We moved a month ago and I Know there were a LOT of empty apt there ==== But if you ask they will tell you they are almost full. === I would has recomended this place at one time ,but NOT anymore the New management Co. has it on a downhill ride.
