Cabrillo Apartments formerly Overlook Apartments

 
I lived in Cabrillo for almost 2 years. At first I liked it... But over the time I lived there, managment change 3 times. We kept having to change how we paid our rent, our utilites, etc. VERY FRUSTERATING. And the newest managment team is SO RUDE. I had a cockroach problem as well. And the applianced are so cheap. Also, there were termite tunnels in my bathroom and bedroom. I continuously had problems with my mail. I would get other peoples mail in my box all the time and I never received pieces of my mail. Toward the end of my stay, I noticed the place really going down hill, which is one reason I wanted to move. Perhaps the most annoying problem... the walls are so thin, I could here my upstairs neighbor everytime she decided to "have relations". It was very disgusting. I could even hear her going to the bathroom! I love the location, but there are a lot of other apartments here that I think are probably better.
