The walls are paper thin, at this moment I can hear a total of three radios probably turned on normal volume. Being a new resident I don't know my neighbors but I can sure tell you about their sex lives. Plus, what's the deal with the leaf blowers EVERYDAY' You have to use the toilets down the street at Chevron because they back up all the time here, you get used to it, the people who work there (Chevron) are nice.

I've lived here 4 years and have never had a problem with my toilets... and by the way, AM/PM is a lot closer than Chevron. You exaggerate too much. Music too loud, then why not call the Courtesy patrol. Don't know you neighbors? Then why not come to the monthly Pot Luck (3rd Wed of the month) or the Movie night in the Club house (1st Wed of the month)?
