IF you move here, DO NOT rent a downstairs unit because you will be miserable. You can hear EVERY sound your neighbor upstairs makes and it is quite annoying especially when you are trying to sleep. When your upstairs neighbor walks, it sounds like thunder above you. I've lived here for a month and a half and already looking for a new place to live.
The staff and maintenance are great; they're very helpful and friendly, it's just the poor construction of the apartments.
If these apartments were built better then I would say this is a great place to live, but if you are going to live here, get an upstairs apartment.
