I have lived here for about 18 months and actually just moved out. the first month there wasnt bad you have the typical loud neihbors like any other apartment. Then came the problems. There is a lot of scorpions that like to find there way inside and in your storage closet. the mold is really bad, i bet half of the drawers are covered in mold. There is also some kind of rodent that decided to make a home in my storage and crapped all over and made a mess. I also had the water leaking through the ceiling for quite a while. Last but not least i went approx. 2 weeks without hot water. It took them 4 days to come and fix it and they replaced it with a bad one and finnaly i had to threaten them that i wouldnt pay the rent before i got ho water again. The only thing that they did for me was take 3 days worth of rent off the next month. oh and you have to pay for covered parking. Also the apartment was dirty and smelled when i got the keys so i cant wait to see what they are going to try and hit me with.
