Cabrillo Apartments formerly Overlook Apartments

 
The Overlook may not look that bad when you first see it, but once you are settled in for a few weeks, you will understand what I am talking about. There are many cockroaches here, inside and outside the apartments, during the summer months. I understand they do come with the Arizona weather, however, I have lived in other apartment complexes in the Phoenix area and none of them had this big of a nest on the property. To add to the cockroaches, I've noticed lately that there a lot of ants outside in the courtyard areas and are making their way into the kitchen, which has been kept spotless. The parking is a problem here if you don't pay the extra $10 per month for a covered space. The neighbors here are very noisy. They seem to be awake all hours of the day and night while they play their music loudly. I have complained several times and nothing is ever done about it. I have given up on this place.

The construction of these apartments are beyond cheap. I live downstairs and it's a nightmare!
