I signed a six month lease back in November. It was the most horrible experience. The good thing is that when I initially moved in it was extremely loud on the 2nd floor. You could hear the residents above you at all times. I never got any sleep. I went to management and complained. They did let me move to a third floor. But it was not the apartment I was promised. When I got to the new one, it was very noisy. You could hear the traffic from the outside and when it rained, you might as well been outside. Now that I have moved out, they are trying to get me to pay for damage expenses. Nothing was damaged when I left and they didn't even conduct a walk through with me as quoted in the lease. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE ESTABLISHMENTS. Overall, the office staff were friendly, but they are cheaply constructed and overpriced.
