The Overlook is now known as Cabrillo Apartments. And even though the new ownership and management is a great improvement, nothing can be done for the horrible construction of this place. These are THE worst built apartments in Arizona and should be demolished!

Since living here, 5 months, I have not gotten a good night's sleep because I live downstairs and the the only thing that separates you from your upstairs neighbor is two peices of drywall (that's how it seems). Not only can you hear every sound and movement your upstairs neighbor makes, the floors creek so badly that it can actually wake you from your sleep and so does the plumbing. You would think the water pipes are going to burst right through your wall and your vanity counter and sink vibrate from your neighbor taking a shower. REDICULOUS. How these apartments ever passed any kind of inspection is beyond me.

If you like to sleep and/or you like to come home to a nice quite home, don't move here. It is more quiet outside your apartment than it is inside. Such a shame the craftmanship is so shotty, it's a beautiful area.
