lying/misinformed new management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Last Sept/06 was told new rental price would be an $18 increase. Three months later the base price has increase by $30, plus now I'm told I must pay trash and water seperately. Was told this may be another $25. Total increase from last year $55. That is an outragous increase.
And I agree with all the other blogs this place is a poorly built DUMP... cAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE THIS HORRIBLE ILL MANAGED COMPLEX.
