I have been here about 2 months. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and had several things that needed to be fixed. I wouldn't have moved in but at the time, I had no where else to go. I had already paid my deposit etc.. I went to the office to tell them about the bad shape that things were in. I was told that the manager was out of town and when she got back, all issues would be resolved. (never happened) They said they would just let me move into another apartment. (never happened) I am talking about some major problems. for example NO HEAT, Fridge missing the seal around bottom of door, kitchen cabinets were filthy, greasy black, toilets had hard black rings in the bowl, ceiling fan ready to fall off ceiling, vent above stove can only vent the smoke back into the apt. etc...I didn't even get a copy of the lease I signed. Parking is the pits. They charge $25.00 a month to park in a covered spot. It is rediculous, all the covered spots are empty and there aren't enough uncovered spots to go around. To date they have made NO ATTEMPT whatsoever to repair, replace or correct any of the problems with this apartment. Bottom line...this place is a dive!! For the amount of money they charge, you would have to be a fool to rent here. I learned the hard way. I am breaking my lease and moving

I broke my lease too in August because these apartments are CRAP! CRAP! CRAP! They are OVERPRICED and INFESTED with sewer roaches, scorpions,crickets, earwigs (pincher bugs), and beetles. And for the insulation and noise level? You may as well live in a tent and even then the tent is probably more quite than these crappy structures. Only a fool would rent here. I will never be fooled again!
