With The Overlook, you got what you paid for. It was pretty dumpy for Scottsdale but at least the cost matched it. Cabrillo is now working at making the place better looking but the price increase is rediculus. No matter what you do, you will not make the place look like it is newly built. The fresh coat of paint on the exterior looks lovely-until you find a scratch in it (and see the old color) or when you look in a corner or toward the ground where they missed painting completely. The new appliances in the kitchen are pretty good but is a new fridge, oven and dishwasher worth an added $200 per month' Considering the older ones still worked fairly well, I think not! My biggest problem is that I dont like to pay extra for a parking spot. But hey, I shouldnt be talking...I still chose to live here. I didnt want to deal with the hassle of moving so I signed a new lease. Last one here, for sure.
