I lived her for just over 1 year and have been in 2 different units. My first unit had a flood that killed my cat as a result. Plus, my car was vandalized twice to tune of $7,000 worth of damages and the neighbors would have parties until 4 in the morning. Plus, my mail had been stolen. The second apartment is nicer, but the air conditioning broke and it took 3 days to get fixed. It burnt out my laptap due the fact my apartment was over 110 degrees for 3 days. Management is unresponsive and the handyman are incompetent. I had a broken toilet that took at least a week to get fixed. The neighboring building had an electric fire in the attic (faulty wiring). The place is really a modified tenement with a N. Scottsdale address--stay away--you are better off living in shack in South Phoenix.

Funny. I livedd here when it was the Overlook and got flooded out as well (apt 1030). Must be a normal thing.

I must agree...After 2-3 months of living in this dump, I will not renew my lease. NOTHING ever gets fixed on time or properly and that's if you are lucky. I gave up asking, no point. And Noise - oh my god, new tenant above me and I can hear every flushed toilet, each step, every door closed..it's as if I live in an old house, not in my own place. I am sooooo sorry I signed a one year lease.
