For shoddy units the rent is surprisingly high. The trees need to be trimmed. Garbage litters the parking lot. I worry about my vehicles on a nightly basis. Tenants let their children run rampant to do whatever they wish. Just last night there were a group of children running around with masks shooting each other with pellet guns that looked amazingly real! Lots of police chases that end in the complex and you can set your watch the Police helicopter spotlighting the apartments on a nightly basis. Management has done nothing to fix the garbage disposal and we have made MULTIPLE complaints. Look elsewhere.
