I just left the legacy, and I've gotta say, I wasn't very impressed. I just read some of these rave reviews of the place, and also the REALLY bad ones. I guess I'd say i'm in between. There are worse places, I guess. But I have to wonder if the people (or I kinda think all these new reviews are by 1 person) that wrote the reviews lived in the same place that I did. I was treated like a golden god when I first moved in. The management was so nice and friendly, but as time went on things just got bad. I was blamed for appliances that broke. When I was forced to call them because of noisy neighbors (late at night) they told me that they couldn't do anything, and that I needed to handle it. I think the worst, though, was the move out charges. My lord! I was charged 50 dollars for, and I quote, "dust on the fridge". All in all I was disappointed, and would not recommend it.

About the parking, I lived in these apartments for 4 years,and when I first moved in, the manager said "we have plans VERY SOON now to expand parking"...hmmm still hasn't happened.
