I have read the other ratings and think some are fake some are real. All I know is my experience. I came to arizona from a very small town in Washington State and expected to be treated badly because this was a big city, but not as badly as I was treated at Camden. The staff were constantly talking down to me. The neighbors were very hostile. The parking was horrid. My mail box was broken into on several occasions. I personally paid the $6000 to get out of my lease early and rent a house for the same price. Not what I expected or wanted from an apartment community.
