This was my first apartment. They cheated me out of so much with tons of fees that were because i was only 20. I paid over $1000 in security deposit. One month they misplaced my rent check and charged my late fees, they have even charged me for things going wrong in the apartment, like the microwave. $199 !!!!!!!
Dont live here, i cant wait till my lease is up!

This company should be ashamed of the way they do business and take advantage of THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. If they didn't use such cheap crappy materials in their property the tenants wouldn't have to pay so much just for regualr wear and tear which, by the way, is the responsibility of the property owner not the tenant according to the law! They are a terrible place to live!
