Bills are constantly mailed late and you get harrassed with late payments and phone calls.
Gates are constantly breaking and it takes forever for them to be repaired. It is advertized as a gated community but is a free for all entry pass...

the water bill is never in your mail on time and if you guess and you are short you get a nasty gram on your door. If you guess and you are over there is no consideration the next time you make a error the other way! The management sucks. They are rude and self important. And the manager brings her dog to work! How unprofessional. Is she paying a deposit because the tenants pay pet rent and part of it is supposed to be for maintenance of the common areas. Guess we are paying her dog's rent while she is at work! |
