I just read so many down right rude things that some people are saying about this community and I don't think they could be any more wrong. I have lived out here for about 8 months and I absolutely love it. I mean everyone is going to have there issues but nothing is perfect. They just got a new manager and she has so many great ideas about parking the landscaping and painting the property. I am so excited about the new staff and they are all so friendly. I think everyone should live here.

this person is clearly not expecting much for their $1200 a month. Wait until they try to move out. The management will come up with all kinds of hidden fees and agendas to screw them out of as much money as possible! They charge you for paying the rent and then turning the keys over early! What a racket!@

This person must work for them! How about the guy who was murdered due to a bad drug deal there last year. I lived right next to the scene with my wife and son! They don't even believe in screening the residents! I moved in the same day I came in with no questions!
