The management does not go out of their way to help with anything. In fact it is hard to get them motivated to do what should be included in their job! They were rude to me on numerous occasions and always insinuated I was trying to rip them off or get something I wasn't entitled to when asking for repairs. Here's a hint, if you advertise and rent the place with appliances they have to work!
If the repairs were ever given to the maintenance staff they were promptly taken care of and done right the first time.
They hide under the guise of fair housing laws when what they are doing is clearly not fair housing or protected under the law.
The place is next a very busy road and the traffic noise is contant and unbearable. The pools were ok, but always had too many small kids swimming in the fountains right by the office. The workout room is minimal, and one of the other tenants mugged my son at gunpoint! They were not asked to leave!
I would look else where for safe and affordable housing because you aren't going to find it at this location.

My daughter just got out of there and is back in Texas. They never fixed any of the problems at the apt. The roof dripped water for a year, the microwave was never fixed, and they did not change the AC filters ever. I am so glad she got out of that place. Not to mention it is possible the ugliest city I have ever been to. Where is the grass and all of the trees and the people that live in the apts and run them are extremely rude as well.
