Let's put some of the blame where it belongs, too. I have been living here for
10 years. Grant it, through the years there have been lots of problems with maintenance, parking, etc. but if you compare it to other apartments out here, there
are some aspects of this place that are good.
For instance, the apartments have spacious rooms. You will never find an apartment out here with such a big master bedroom and bathroom, or closets that are as big as a room. We also have a real laundry room with shelving that no apartment has out here.
The biggest complaint I have is how irresponsible the people are that live here in this community. They have dogs, and don't pick up the poop. Every sidewalk pathway, and surrounding grassey or desert landscaping pebbles, are full of poop. I have a dog, and I always pick up her poop. Don't you people want to live in a community that
is clean, and germ free. Our dogs are eating the poop on the grounds that make them sick, and we are stepping in it, and bringing it back to our apartment homes.
I am pleading to all of you to pick up your dog's poop. The apartment complex provides us with bags and receptacles.
