Due to a lack of parking I have been towed twice and my girlfriend once, at a cost of $500. We have three cars, so we purchased a garage in addition to our covered spot but were told by management that we were not allowed to purchase an additional spot, even though there is a surplus of "reserved" spots not being used. The visitor spots are habitually occupied by P.O.S. cars that never move, I;m not even sure they run...hence their not visiting. And don't even think about inviting anyone over to you house because if they do end up finding a parking spot, they'll have to make their way through fecies riden walkways to your apartment miles from the visitors spots. Usually I wouldn't waste my time writing this but I wanted to warn potential residents, don't move here! Glad I only signed a 7 month lease...5 more to go!
