I only recommend this place if you have no social life, planning to do maintenance and paying out of your own pocket for it, and if you only have one car and planning to have a garage. Parking is horrible, as you read from other residents. You pay for reserved parking and it does not matter because visitors and other residents park in your space. In addition, you must get up early so that your car is not towed if you had to park by the trashcan or your car will be towed. You cant have friends over, because there is no place to park and you cant live your parking space alone ever (forget going grocery shopping, restaurants, work, etc). In addition, you must worry that kids will not damage your car while they play outside unsupervised with balls and toys. They also leave trash and a mess at times. So, how are you supposed to recommend this place to friends, if they cant visit and if they do, how do you explain the things maintenance has not gotten to in months' SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Well, first you can VERY easily explain why maintenance hasn't 'gotten to things.' Do you know how many apartments there are? nearly 500 (428 to be exact). I would love for you to try and run that size of complex with only TWO maintenance personnel. You'd fall flat on your face, moron!
