The only reason why I continue living here is because of the spacious floorplan, the rent, and area. The first months are a honeymoon, latter things change. Manager seems to be the only one that cares for the property and residents, sad because the rest of the office staff is not their to support her (they forget why they have a job). They seem to not communicate with her about issues. The staff appears very friendly and helpful, until you have a requestthey do not take care of business. For the majority of the time, maintenance request will initially be ignored. After several months of reminding the staff, maintenance will come out, but not complete the job or will do a sloppy job in a hurry. I will say that maintenance employees are very friendly and appear to want to do a good job. Unfortunately, it seems that they are overwhelmed and forget to complete the job or forget to do the remaining jobs. The property does look a whole lot better with all the new improvements, such as the new paint, a copy machine that actually works, new pool furniture, but it does not make up for the things that really matter on the everyday basis.
