make sure everything is fixed before you rent! Repairs take forever to get fixed. I have waited over a month for repairs at times. If you want to rent in a gated community this place isn't it. The gate has been broken for over a year now, and still hasn't been fixed. The staff is always on the phone, or smoking out back. Time to smoke, but not fix repairs'
