Dirty pools

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
I haved lived here for 7 years and the pools are not clean. It really doesn't take much to clean pools. Also the outside area of the pools are not kept clean either. This should be done every day. Cigarette butts and ashes and cans and bottles should not be allowed near the pools. Pools are for swimming, not for partying.
