We moved into this place on the first of April 2006. Pluses - Location. Complaints - First of all, it has been two months, we have been into the office on several occasions to report all the problems we noticed on move-in and NOTHING has been done. Disposal doesn't work, air, plumbing in all the sinks is backing up, carpet is STAINED all over, toilet handles are off and have to be put back on everytime to flush, dryer is broken etc, etc, etc. Our first night here we parked our second car in one of the uncovered (NO Reserved Sign) parking places just like you would at ANY other apartment complex. Of course, we were towed, and the thing that upsets me off is that I never would have parked there if they just told me! They failed to mention that those spots are reserved during the 16 hour lease signing ordeal, which takes that long because none of them know what is going on. The women in the office are complete two-faced unethical morons. They don't have the single clue what in the is going on - ever. I think they believe that if they don't inform you of the parking situation prior to move-in then they aren't lying. Well, they aren't, but they certainly have absolutely no professional ethics.
