The apartments are very nice and the location is decent. The biggest complaint is the inadequite parking accomodations. This is a very unacceptable issue, for the amount I pay monthy for rent there should be more parking. Most people dont park in their covered spaces. Also there are like on 10 spaces that arent marked by numbers or reserved signs. If I have a quest or when my roommate comes home and Im parked in the garage. They spend 20-25 mins. searching for an open parking space, reguardless or which they are all about a 5-10 min. walk to my unit. This problem NEEDS to be addressed PROMPTLY!
