The apt is nice but everything else is terrible. I moved here because it was close to work but it's not worth it. Parking is a nightmare. The gate at the entrance rarely works. The last time I renewed my lease, the price per month went up 20%! You'd think for that much more, they could get stuff done but the management and maintenance staff are completely incompetent. The ice machine in my fridge broke in February--it was fixed in October. I can't wait til my lease is up and I can get out of here.
