Avoid it if you can! Parking isn't just bad....it is a nightmare. Not only will you circle the complex for 20 minutes looking for an open spot, but you have to worry about where the visitor spot is that you park. If you park in the visitor spots by the garbage Mon, Weds, Fri...you run the risk of being towed. This means if you park there then you need to be up by 6:30 am to search for another spot so you don't get towed. Company at your apartment, forget it because nothing is more embarrassing than having your company park at Alberstons and walk to your house.
Nothing gets fixed around here. When we moved in we gave the office a list of things that needed to be fixed. Nothing got done. We had ants due to hardly any weather stripping left on the door and we asked for that to get fixed more than once in October...its January now and it still isn't fixed. There used to be alarms systems for these apartments that are no longer in use but are still in the units. Ours has been beeping every 10 seconds for over a week now and we've spoken to or left messages over 4 times and no one has been by to fix it or returned our phone calls. EVERY 10 SECONDS!!!! The gates at the "gated community" are broken half the time. In fact, one closed on my car causing 1300 dollars worth of damage which took about 3 calls before they returned my call. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!
