OK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Camden was a pretty good place to live a few years ago. It was clean, and things were taken care of for the most part. We had to have our sink fixed multiple times, though. It was very spacious, fairly new carpet, fairly new appliances, and great price (2bd/2ba 1138sq ft for $810 in N Scottsdale). I wouldn't mind living in a place like that, but not sure if would go back to this location. Heard it's new management and they're not so great. Parking was a total NIGHTMARE!!! If you don't rent out spaces for your cars (than the 1 given to you), good luck. It's impossible to find visitor parking, and when you do, it most likely has to be moved by 6am bc it's in front of a dumpster. You'll drive around for 20 min and sometimes have to park across the street at the shopping center. Great location, though. Nice to have so much shopping variety around. Lots of choices from across the street to 5mi away. Multiple grocery stores, Target, Walmart, fast food, entertainment, clothing, etc.
