Apartment is not great and the staff is awful

The units are kind of run down, and parking is nearly impossible unless you rent an extra space (they only give you 1 for a 2BR). The worst part of this complex is the staff. The staff is the hardest to deal with of any I have encountered. Repairs we requested either took a few weeks or they simply ignored us. The worst part was the move out, we asked for a few extra days before our house was finished building. They doubled our rent for the extra time.
