I have lived here for 11 years- should have gotten out a long time ago. It was really nice at first- lovely, quiet, an attentive staff. It has deteriorated over the years. Parking is a nightmare, the complex is not really kept up anymore, it is noisey and the kind of people who live here has deteriorated. There has been a murder and a police standoff in the complex. Getting maintrnance to come is totally impossible. I am very unhappy here and cannot wait to buy my own place and move out. The rent is raised quite a bit every year and added fees are tacked on. A big disappointment.
