I moved to Camden Legacy 2 years ago. There have been 5 attempted thefts on my new car in the past year (including a slashed top) and the complex didn't offer to give me a discounted rate for a garage. I now pay $100 a month on top of rent for a garage but it's a crap shoot on a day to day basis whether my opener will work or not. Now, it turns out...someone has been digging a hole in the rear of the garage, why' I don't know but I'll probably have to switch garages again (I'm on my 2nd due to the issues with the door). I won't be renewing my lease. I will give credit to the office staff on how they handled a banking issue in which my rent wasn't correctly paid online. They could have charged my late fees and refused to accept checks from me again but they didn't. They handled it very well, even after I "lost it." The issues have more to do with new residents and maintenance in my opinion.
