When we first moved in the apt wasn't ready. One staff member definitely made up for that. We didn't have an issues until recently... We are receiving outrageous water bills, 50-60 dollars!!!!!! My parents have a 2500 sq foot house and a huge pool and only pay $80! When we asked the staff about this, they had no answers and in fact told my husband "I don't have time for all your questions".... Upon talking with the City of Scottsdale we found out that they charge us for ALL water used on property and that they estimate our bill because the City of Scottsdale sends the bill to the corporate office and the corp office could not get the actual bills to us in time... So who knows if we are paying too much and if so, where is my extra money going'''' Also, now we have trash valet... that's a joke. I'm right across from the dumpster, now on top of paying for trash to the city, I have to pay $30 a month to Camden to have someone pick up my trash at my door...oh and this is not an option... when you resign your lease, not only does your rent go up, but now you're paying 30 extra dollars for some guy to pick up ONE bag of garbage (that is all that will fit in the small garbage pale they give you). Great Location, horrible staff, miserable parking, parking structure lights won't work for weeks at a time, loud neighbors across the parking lot, etc...
