The complex has deteriorated significantly since the previous manager left the property. The temperature on my oven is set too high, which is a fire hazard. Instead of resetting the temperature lower, maintenance set it even higher. I've since put in three more work orders to have it fixed, but the much needed repairs have been ignored.

At least once a week, I come home to find that someone else is parked in my parking space. Also, my apartment was broken into and the office staff was very uncooperative about changing the lock on my front door. After the lock was finally changed, it broke a week later. Management changed the lock again and put the new key in my mailbox for me to pick-up, when I got home later that night. When I went to open my mailbox, I discovered that they had given me the wrong mailbox key when I moved in. Since I use a PO Box, I never knew they had given me the wrong mail key until that night. I was then locked out of my apartment for over an hour, waiting for maintenance to retrieve my apartment key out of my mailbox!

My water bill increased by more than 20 dollars. The office staff recently informed me that only certain tenants received the increase. Management started a new trash pick-up service where trash is picked-up at your front door. Ever since that service started, there has been litter all throughout the complex.

People drive through the complex blasting their car stereos in the middle of the night. The office staff said that they would post a sign at the front gate advising people to turn their stereos down. No sign was ever posted. People constantly speed through the complex and someone almost ran over my dog, while I was walking him on his leash.

Last night, I turned out my light to go to sleep only to find that a green spotlight was shining in through my bedroom window. They have now installed green spotlights at the base of palm trees and they've angled the lights right at tenants' windows.

I've complained to management and corporate about all of these issues. Management never returns my calls. The corporate office doesn't even bother to return my calls, either. I'm moving out in two months and I'm looking forward to it.
