I have lived here for a few months and from the first day I moved in there has been continual problems in my apartment. The place was dirty and there were water leaks and damage that had never been repaired and a serious mold problem. Electrical problems with the heat that is still not repaired after many promises from Kevin the Maitenance Manager who has been rude and disrespectful of my feelings and concerns. Even though I have complained to the office and asked to have these problems resolved I continually get put on hold. The office staff and the maintenance staff is more into partying and flirting with the younger residence then taking care of the problems. I did notice that Kevin will immediately take care of goodlooking and younger residence problems immediately and leave the rest of us to suffer. This is the worst place I have ever rented in my life and the rent is not cheap but if you are not young and pretty you get treated very cheap and disrespected by the maintenance staff. I have seen Kevin walking around drinking beer on the property and hanging with the young crowd, maybe he needs to stop drinking and focus on his job instead, better yet get a more emotionally mature, married and respectful man to head the Maintenance Department and that would go a long way in satisfying the more mature and respectable residence concerns and maintenance issues. All the maintenance staff look as though they came from the local bar and need a bath and a shave, but I guess looks, quality and professionalism mean nothing to the camden management team. Do not rent here if you are over 35 or you will be treated like dirt. If you are in your 20's and like to party then this is the place for you.
