The complex provides absolutely nothing beyond the very basic. Specifically, the extremely cheap fixtures, such as kitchen appliances, bathroom sinks, toilets, showers, carpets, and doors. However, they will charge you whatever they can, acting as though you are living in a luxury apartment with marble or granite countertops. Since moving here in 2007, both of my toilet seats have come loose, the shower doors fell off, sending the glass into my shower. A truly horrifying experience! This is nothing but a beginner college apartment. Kevin, the maintainance man, hits on young women, and apartment manager Patti is a condescending idiot. Her snide remarks are both unprofessional and immature, reflecting her lack of interpersonal skills. Instead of getting a break for having lived here for nearly an entire year, we were told that our rent would be increasing, despite the fact that our apartment has become a delapidated mess. Residents allow their dogs to defacate on the premises without being responsible for clean-up. I would not recommend this residence to anyone.

Come on management, get real. This is about horrible management and sexual harrasment from the maintenance man. Does someone have to file a lawsuit for being sexually harrased where they live. There are laws in place for that sort of thing and any woman or child who feels unsafe in their home because management hires predators then they have a right to get out of their lease and management to pay for the move to a more safe enviroment. This is not about dag waste. This is about a management comapny that refuses to address the concerns of their residents and to provide a safe place for them and their daughters to live. Get real and show some dignity and respect for your female residents - get rid of the sexual predators and provide a safe and comfortable environment for those of us who have paid well for that. You have a gated community where you lock us in with a predator. Do something or the rest of us will.

Actually the Mgt DID just post notices on everyone's doors informing them that going forward anyone not cleaning up after their dog will be fined (even for a first offense). I agree, seeing dog waste all over gives the place a very trashy look and I will be more than happy to report anyone I see that is not cleaning up their pets. Come on people, demonstrate a little dignity and self respect for your community.

Reviewer fails to address the fact that my complaint is mainly WITH management, and not tenant's pets. This has nothing to do with being "dignified" or having "self respect," which doesn't even make sense. My complaint is simply that the Camden apartments are overpriced for what you get. Considering that other residents have also had problems having their apartments repaired or their complaints heard, perhaps it would be in the management's best interest to focus on how they can improve the quality of living for its current residents before recruiting new ones, or rushing to post immediate disputes online to tenant's opinions. After all, isn't this the purpose of the website, to warn future residents?
