I can't express enough how unsatisfied my roommate and I are with Camden Legacy. We have lived here for 10 months and it has been nothing but problems. We pay for a gated community but it's funny how the gates are always broken and are not closed. Maintenance: What maintenance' I asked last May for screens to be put on my bedroom window since being a young female, I felt unsafe and it took them until October to fulfill my request. Also in May, I asked them to repair a rusty closet door frame that came up from the floor which I cut my foot on. It was also repaired in the fall. Our AC went out and the front office said someone would be out to fix it within 24 hours - they didn't show up for 3 days!!! When maintenance came on a different call, not only did he yell at me for calling on a Sunday, he harassed me and came into my apartment without knocking! Continuous problems have come up like water leaks, garage door came unhinged and almost fell on my car, dishwasher broke, etc. There is NO extra parking at all. The grounds are always messy, front office staff is so rude, never claims responsibility for anything! You can guarantee that when our lease is up in May, we will be leaving and the Better Business Bureau will be receiving a follow up letter. That's right,follow up. They asked that I write a final review at end of lease so they can begin their investigation.
