I agree with almost all the reviews here. I wish I would have seen this site before signing my lease, I never would have moved here. The management team is terrible. They are rude and take forever to resolve any issues. Even then, they don't take responsibility for anything or even sincerely apoligize. I also asked to have a screen placed on my bedroom window, being a single female as well. It has been 6 months and they still don't have a screen. I can guarantee that if something happens to me while living here, I will sue them. The apartment features are continually breaking. The maintainence team is not that great and believe the sexual harrassment comments listed here. In fact, I watch two of the maintainence men completely eying a girl today as she walked from her apartment to her car. It was the type of eying that if no one was around and it wasn't broad daylight, he might have confronted her.
I had a water leak in my apartment and they told me it would be 5 hours before someone could get there...HELLO..that is an emergency in my opinion. It is an overpriced complex. The gates are always broke, the grounds are dirty and all I can ever smell is the dog ---- that never gets picked up. Maybe Valet Waste should add that to their list of duties too. Oh yeah and the lights on the outside are a joke. Someone could easily be hiding by my apartment and I would never see them. The outside lights might as well be a nightlight.

I can totally relate to your disgust with your Camden community. Having lived at another of Camden's properties here in Scottsdale (San Paloma on Shea and 69th St)it is common knowledge that Camden is in the "slumlord" category. The pathetic office management staff is dysfunctional at best, and is led by a woman who doesn't show up for work for LONG, UN-ACCOUNTED for periods of time. When she does decide to show up, she hides in her office with the drapes drawn! The water bills were out of control due to Camden refusing to have proper repairs made to their external irrigation pipes. The Valet Waste was a ridiculous "upgraded ammenity" that residents neither needed or wanted, but were FORCED to pay for. Security???? You better have the Scottsdale Police Dept. on your speed dial! Lots of BIG dogs living there...leaving lots of BIG deposits behind, that don't get picked up. Oh, and how about the "Corporate Rentals", where groups of golfers (aka drunk partyers) have access to designated apartments throughout the community due to contracts between Camden and specific employers. They (the golfers)bring in local hookers, destroy the interiors of apartments, yell in a drunken stupor all night, and make life miserable for the rest of the surrounding renters. Here's a suggestion Camden (yes, including the 20-something year old nitwit on the Corporate Team out of Texas)...how about trying your hand at managing trailer parks, and let some professionals try to resurrect the properties you have destroyed?
