i wish i hadn't signed my lease either. i just moved out of there about a month ago (May 2008) MY DAD AND I HATED IT THERE!!!!!! the office staff are rude, there is NO PARKING whatsoever. My dad and my boyfriend have both gotten their cars towed... My boyfriend and I counted how many spaces there are that are unmarked (for anyone) and there are only 45 or 50. There are about 400 units there. NOT ENOUGH. the maintenance team are also very rude. the apartments need to be updated. The mail doesnt get there until after 5pm, AND they will charge you for stuff that is not legit! DO NOT MOVE THERE... look around for another place... try Pillar Communities. they have many properties around Phoenix, they are very professional, very nice, corporate is very nice as well. They actually tell you everything on the lease and they do not hide anything!

also, our neighbors were very loud below us. they do not have good lighting.

THE OFFICE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OR ANYONE. THEY ARE ALL RUDE AND A PAIN!

omg. this is so depressing. My bf and I are from Flagstaff and found this apartment online... and we're moving in on the 9th. i'm going to die.

I'm a 29 year old single female that moved in February 2008. I haven't found it to be that bad at all. The girls in the office are usually very helpful. While it can take up to 3 business days to have a repair done the maintenance staff have all been very helpful and almost fatherly to me. If they're in my apartment and find something else that needs to be done, they take it upon themselves to help me. I feel very safe here and have never had my car towed as I never park in someone else's space. Plus, they just added a number of visitor parking spaces in which my boyfriend never has a problem finding. It's not a perfect community but it's pretty good as far as apartment living goes.
