The valet waste is a joke. They make you pay 30.00 a month even if the dumpster is right outside of your apartment. Also, they make you pay for COX cable. We already had dish network and they said it didn't matter. We still had to pay for COX. Once they added the mandatory cable and trash, we decided to move out. The manager Aaron is horrible. Don't work with her because she is not very nice. The facilities are pretty nice and the apartment is alright, but the prices are too high. The charge around 50.00 dollars a month for water. That is rediculous for a small apartment.

I totally agree the Valet Waste should be optional. I'd rather save the $30/month and walk my garbage out myself.
