We lived in the complex for almost 2 years. Yes I agree with what everyone else says
about the management staff. They are horrible. The only one nice is the one that lives
on the property and gets it. When I moved out they try to get more money from you. They tried to make us pay to replace the carpet, pay for cleaning(which I had done), and
paint. After a long discussion they found they were in the wrong because they finally
decided to look at my move in checklist and realized that the apartment was
not in good condition when I moved into the apartment. How many other residents did
they try to get more money out of when they moved out to the comlex' I bet there are many. They never took care of anything when it needed to be fixed in a timely manner. You had to remind them all the time. I would not want my worst enemy to live in
Camden Legacy.
